We are looking for a self-motivated, innovative and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage the design, online experience and optimization of our digital presence to serve as the cornerstone for engaging content and ultimately customer acquisition. The Digital Marketing Manager will have an expert grasp of online marketing best practices, innovative strategies, emerging technologies, be metrics-obsessed and the curiosity and drive to consistently improve the user experience for the Fujitsu corporate website. The right candidate will take our website to a level that supersedes expectations and delivers measurable results. An online expert with a winning mix of hands-on web design/development, knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred), ability to analyze and inspect success metrics for various channels to drive demand and conversions.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver and drive a complete online digital strategy for the Fujitsu website to become an engaging destination for content, education and conversion for qualified lead generation through the buyer's journey

* Design, develop, maintain and optimize the performance for our corporate website across a select set of engagement KPIs

* Be the leading expert in execution of online strategies that deliver incremental engagement with Fujitsu content including SEO, SEM and Google Analytics

* Contribute to B2B marketing efforts by monitoring industry best practices and providing innovative recommendations for the team

* Deliver and execute an innovative plan for content management and user experience across digital channels

* Create Web program summaries and ROI reports; monitor web performance and make recommendations for optimization

* Deliver best in class integrated campaigns using marketing automation strategies and assets including email, nurture programs, landing pages and microsites

* Drive a set of standards in data hygiene across customer database leveraging marketing automation and CRM tools

* Fuel consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social network and AdWords presences; continue to optimize based on analysis of KPIs

* Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of digital channels including social media, email and web

* Review and maintain web pages, social, and blog(s), email newsletters, and promotional support for all marketing efforts

* Help develop and document procedures to manage Web content

* Moderate content as it is contributed to the website by external sources

* Stay current with trending topics, local culture, news and new developments in technology

* Keep up-to-date with best practices in posting for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends

Required Skills/Experience:

* 5 years experience in a digital marketing role within a B2B leading organization

* Experience with Enterprise Content Management System (CMS) a must. SDL Tridion 8 preferred.

* Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

* Strong experience and knowledge with digital marketing designing and developing responsive design websites

* Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers

* Solid knowledge of web site analytics

* Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements including SEO, social media, B2B, lead gen and Google Analytics.

* Experience with data driven analysis and optimization.

* Knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.).

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with email marketing, lead nurturing and marketing automation.

* Understanding of A/B multivariate experiments.

* Salesforce.com and Marketo experience a plus.

* Competent to work independently and with a team as needed

* Ability to represent/communicate technical requirements and trade-offs in a business environment to facilitate effective decision making.

* Excellent communication, analytical, organization, interpersonal, process improvement and writing skills.

* Proficiency with data and Excel-driven analysis

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

* Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing and social media trends and curiosity to extend knowledge and learning

* Ability to frame problems and opportunities to present solutions.

* Extreme attention to detail, time management and organization skill

Education

* College graduate with B.A. in Digital Marketing or similar degree required
