Company Overview
Private company leading the country in wellness-based pain management and injury prevention is looking for an Independent Subcontractor to provide on-site services in support of employee wellness. Our primary goal is to help reduce pain and discomfort as well as risk of injury in the workplace.
Job Summary
This role will include on the floor coaching and monitoring and teaching of proper body mechanics. Coaching and monitoring service involves assessing the workplace environment for risk and coaching employees (one-on-one or in small groups) in real-time on safer work habits.
Incumbent will function as program lead managing other providers.
Job specific training will be provided.
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Training: TBD
Dates: ASAP
Hours: 3 hours a month and as needed back up to primary provider.
Salary: $55.00/hour

- Assessment of work related or high-risk individuals funneling into hands-on therapy
- weekly check-in with site coordinator, detailed monthly reports with findings and recommendations and responsiveness to regional lead when contacted
- Biomechanics
- Workstation observation
- Participation in client safety meetings
Qualifications and Skills
- Licensed AT with current liability insurance
- Ergonomic assessment experience
- Interested in Exercise Physiology and Ergonomics
- Desire and willingness to be trained on additional services including ergonomics and biomechanics
- Strong observation and writing skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients and management
- Ability to coach and correct body movements with a positive attitude
- Ability to manage and lead members of a team
- Must be a United States citizen
- Due to proximity of work, fully vaccinated/boosted candidates only
