The Client is looking for a resource to drive the design of and provide support for a skills-based, training program for an entire career service. The candidate will analyze, design, develop, modify content, and evaluate courses to be administered either web-based or instructor led. The candidate will work in an agile environment to develop course designs that engage the learner and give them opportunities for constant application and assessment.

OPTIONAL SKILLS: 1. Demonstrated experience with Client HR policies and environment, and experience using e-Learning tools.

2. Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative environment while being able to execute tasks with minimal supervision.

3. Demonstrated experience working with diverse and senior level customers.

4. Demonstrated experience conducting focus groups.

5. Demonstrated experience building partnerships with customers and SMEs from a variety of backgrounds and levels.

6. Demonstrated experience utilizing the ADDIE model to design and develop student-centered courses.

7. Demonstrated experience utilizing Kirkpatricks model to implement evaluation protocols.
