Position Summary:

This position is responsible for the management of the Talent Acquisition team. The position serves as the point of contact the for Talent Acquisition function for day-to-day work, including developing, in partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition, HealthPoint’s talent acquisition strategy to drive best-in-class candidate experience and build talent communities from which to source and attract top talent.

Your contribution to the team includes:

  • Responsible for creating, updating, and, maintaining Talent Acquisition procedures.
  • Responsible for researching and implementing new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
  • Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view on of hiring needs and organizational goals by conducting intake conversations.
  • Collaborate with the clinics and Administration leadership to support the fulfillment of clinical talent acquisition to ensure patient access to quality care.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends within the healthcare industry and implement new and innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition.
  • Research and leverage online and physical recruitment tools and work with job boards, email campaigns, social media platforms, and other non-traditional sources and utilize an applicant tracking system and corporate website for recruitment to target the right type of candidates for HealthPoint positions.
  • Work closely with the Talent Management Business Partners and business leaders to identify and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Proactively source and screen candidates through social recruiting, networking, job posting, cold calls, and email campaigns for select positions.
  • Responsible for hiring, performance management, talent development, employee relations, recognition, and training of Talent Acquisition staff by providing effective leadership. Ensure all work is completed in support and enhancement of the objectives and goals of the organization.
  • Establish and monitor talent acquisition success using LEAN tools and metrics monitoring.
  • Conduct department operations using HealthPoint’s LEAN Management System methodologies to identify waste, determine system improvements, and implement changes through a structured process.
  • Maintain good attendance, is punctual, and, works fully scheduled shift as a condition of employment.

SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend staff meetings and in-service meetings. Participate in medical, dental, and professional associations and attends related conferences, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunity events.

Must have’s you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from four-year College/University, three (3) to five (5) years of recruiting experience or a combination of relevant education and experience. (3) years of Management in a high volume recruiting environment, preferred. Healthcare industry preferred.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence and speak effectively in front of groups of employees and clients.
  • Basic knowledge of computer equipment and intermediate level of Microsoft 365/Microsoft Office, and HRIS/Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience required.
  • SHRM-CP preferred or PHR

Proof of immunizations and/or immunity to: COVID-19, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), Varicella, Annual Influenza, and TB are required for all employees. Additionally, if you work in a HealthPoint clinic, Tdap (within last 10 years) is required. Hepatitis B. is required for clinical employees with potential exposure to blood/blood products. All immunizations are a condition of employment. Upon hire, employees must provide proof of their immunizations and/or immunity prior to starting or no later than their fifth (5) business day of employment.
