Job Summary: The Community Relations Representative is responsible for developing; planning and implementing the CMS approved marketing strategy for events, community activities and brochure placement to drive appointment and sales opportunities for interested eligible candidates in the service area, according to the prescribed rules and regulations of the Medicare Contract. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for performing and managing administrative duties such as processing enrollment applications, sales reporting, scheduling meetings and assisting in resolving customer service and/or billing issues, etc.. At all times, the Representative must conduct in full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

Regulatory Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

* Three years' direct consumer services sales experience

* Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a motor vehicle

* Must possess valid motor vehicle insurance.

* Direct experience working with Medicare products and seniors preferred

Language Skills:

* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.


* Computer Microsoft Suite knowledge

* Self-starter with the ability to work with limited supervision

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills; bilingual a plus (Spanish-English)

* Strong time management, organizational and follow up skills required

* Must be creative, innovative and have excellent interpersonal skills; and

* Must be self-oriented, flexible, enthusiastic and energetic.
