MES Program Manager

Aspira is currently looking for seasoned Program Manager with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) experience to work on a major MES Platform Upgrade as part of Manufacturing Applications Portfolio for a global client in the medical devices industry.

The project encompasses a global team across Ireland, India and the US covering application support and software development. The rollout of the upgrade will also be required in 17 production sites across US, Brazil, Malaysia and Ireland

Role Requirement:

  • Familiar with MES in Manufacturing (Med Devices Preferred) within a heavily regulated environment
  • Experience in managing large teams in this space across global multi-site environments and deployments
  • Strong leadership, influencing and strategic capability and awareness within a purely matrix environment
  • Willingness and capability to lead and steer senior team members in best practice planning, management and delivery
  • Must have background and exposure to agile best practices
  • Experience and capability to manage multiple Scrum Teams
  • Experience with remediation in heavily integrated application environments
  • Strong relationship building experience across client internal business and IT departments as well as multi-vendor environment
