Territory Manager, Southern Region

We are looking for a fast paced Territory Sales Manager to round out our team of professionals! If you are someone who is goal oriented, likes variety and new challenges, we need to talk.

Job Summary:

The Territory Manager will guide a specific territory for contribution as a business unit through increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products. This position will build current customers while growing new customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage entire territory while promoting all Pengo products.

* Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by continuing visits to customers and prospects.

* Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily Development/Engineering and Marketing Communications) through market requirements, product contract and positioning.

* Develop and implement a territory wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

* Analyze potential partner relationships for products.

* Forecasting as required (monthly) by the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

* Must meet minimal budget dollar targets.

* Weekly call/rip reports.

* Knowledgeable in auger and helicoid flighting industry.

* Knowledgeable in the construction equipment industry.

* 80% Travel required

Organizational Relationships:

This individual reports to the VP of Sales, and must be capable of working well with our plant personnel and earning their respect.

Education and Experience:

Engineering, Sales and Marketing Degree or equivalent work experience required. Five or more (5+) years of product management experience is required.

All exempt employees must have technical competency, ability, and desire to work with people in the team concept and be innovative. All exempt employees are expected to participate in internal programs, communications, work simplification, cost reduction, quality improvement, JIT, and TQC.
