Who you are:
- Organized and love documentation
- Great communicator and not scared of asking questions
- Flexible and can work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- Manage “top-of-the-funnel“ recruiting process.
- You will be able to figure out what the client is looking for and communicate your weekly results to the client
- You will help improve our internal process and provide detailed documentation on the searches that you are performing
- You are comfortable working in multiple ATS at the same time, internally we use Lever
- You can be self directed and write Boolean searches with ease
- You are able to understand how to source for roles including front end engineer, back end engineer, and distributed systems engineers
- You know the difference between React and Node, and stay up to date on the latest web frameworks
- You have some experience with an agency or in-house recruiting experience
- You have the ability to source for all levels of an organization from entry-level to senior management positions
- You have proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work in an environment with competing demands
