Senior Advertising Specialist
Advertising Specialists are highly experienced professionals in social media advertising or related disciplines who are strong communicators. They work with prospects, customers, partners and the wider Sprinklr team to deliver compelling, value focused demonstrations of Sprinklr’s social advertising technology.

As an Advertising Specialist you will listen carefully to the social advertising requirements of prospects and customers and ask smart questions to surface their key business use cases. Upon gathering these use cases, you will leverage your deep expertise in social advertising technology and hands-on experience managing campaigns to ensure the platform tour demonstrates how Sprinklr fits into their digital ecosystem and meets the needs of their business. The ideal candidate for this position will be a mix of technical expert, able to discuss product feature implementation in detail; advertising and media thought-leader, able to discuss ad strategy with the biggest brands and agencies in the world; and a top-tier evangelist, able to captivate audiences by telling the Sprinklr story.

Sprinklr Advertising Specialist team members can quickly build trust and earn credibility by conveying their knowledge of the advertising industry, the social channels, media planning/buying/optimizing and technologies that support all of the previous. The Advertising Specialist team should also excel at presenting these competencies to a variety of stakeholders, from an agency media buying partner to senior executives at the C-level.

The Advertising Specialist team works closely with Sales, Solution Consulting and Field teams to maximize opportunities by understanding customer needs, envisioning a future state, and helping customers get there.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide expert advertising consulting to Sprinklr prospects, including presenting the product through a value lense, engaging strategic discussion, and providing support throughout the deal cycle
Work directly with prospects and customers to educate them on the full functionality of the Sprinklr platform and advertising capabilities
Engage with the Sales Teams in your assigned region(s) to deliver our value propositions, product demonstrations and RFPs to customers and prospects
Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration and maintenance of scalable content specific to sales efforts
Develop and execute revenue driving initiatives at scale
Help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients related to advertising opportunities
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to further build a best in class platform solution that the Advertising Specialist and Solution Consulting teams can inspire and sell into clients interested in advertising and a unified customer experience management solution
Contribute to the development of your own and your team’s industry, channel and technical acumen
Frequent travel (approximately 50%) and participation in customer-facing meetings
Provide support, coaching, and training to Sprinklr staff on Sprinklr’s Advertising module, from the very technical to telling the Sprinklr story
Work directly with the Solutions Consultant team to empower and support team efforts – you are the expert’s expert
Work with Sales team to showcase Sprinklr’s Ads module to prospects and existing clients

WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT MAKES YOU QUALIFIED:
5+ years of experience with paid media and 3-5 years of experience in paid social media, including operations and strategy roles with a platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc.), agency or major social media advertiser
Extensive knowledge of social advertising platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Yahoo Gemini, including both native publishing tools (e.g., Power Editor, etc.) and third party paid media publishing tools
Ad tracking technologies (e.g., DCM, etc.)
Web analytics (e.g., Omniture, Google Analytics, etc.)
Knowledge of web usability best practices, website navigation design and flow, content classification, and content management methods and systems
Demonstrate experience and a passion for the paid social media technology universe
Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Strong interest in technology with advanced computer skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and juggle several assignments simultaneously
Passion for solving customer challenges and commitment to client delight
