Director, Finance - Services

Director, Finance - Services Responsible for a lead role supporting Professional Services and Customer Success function. Successful candidates will have a strong financial background, solid business acumen, excellent communication skills, and proven leadership capabilities.

The primary areas of focus are:

* Partners with the business to make decisions based on data and insight that drives the business forward.

* Provides strategic thought and direction to senior management to drive activities across a broad spectrum of direct and indirect staff to obtain results.

* Focus on improving profitability within the financial services organization through implementation of world class project management processes and discipline.

* Recognized Business Partner throughout the organization. Individual has cross functional impact and influence. Will assist with providing strategic leadership or vision to the organization. Pulls diverse groups together in order to achieve goals.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

* Drives improvements to processes and policies to both improve profitability and enable better and faster decisions that move the business forward.

* Develops and executes short-term and long-term plans with the business

* Directs the preparation and timely reporting of operating data to compare actual performance to budget/reforecast and trended over time in order to support appropriate business decisions

* Works collaboratively with sales, product management, and operation planning functions to achieve complementary strategic and operational goals.

* Develops talent on the team by providing challenging assignments, coaching, and encouraging others to continuously develop themselves.


* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education Required:

Bachelors (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent, MBA preferred

Experience Required:

14+ years of professional finance experience, with specialization in professional services reflecting increasing levels of responsibilities.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
