We are looking for ambitious, self-starters to join our fast-paced Business Development team! As a Business Development Executive, you will be an integral part of building our partnerships in the USA.
Our ideal candidate will be based in San Diego, CA but if necessary, the opportunity to work remotely does exist. Our ideal candidate has a strong interest in sales, a target-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
What will you do...
- Research and build prospect list
- Cold calls and emails to initiate interest and lead to further conversation
- Identify the needs of the client and apply TrustYou’s unique value proposition
- Inform, excite and sell to key decision makers in the hospitality industry
- Engage with multiple contacts to get buy-in and signature
- Conduct in-person and phone conversations
- Provide prospects with consistent, polite, engaging, useful follow-up
- Communicate pricing and negotiate with the client
- Monthly travel to meet new clients
You come with...
- 2-4 years of sales experience, in the hospitality industry as a bonus
- Proven ability to work hard to achieve challenging targets
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Come with a desire to win mentality!
