You Will

  • Manage strategic, cross-functional programs and projects ensuring goals and success criteria are clearly understood and outcomes achieved
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders, including senior executives, sponsors, business owners and field operations
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track project progress
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques following the completion of projects, ensure ongoing programs and work streams are successfully transitioned to accountable team members
  • In coordination with Sales Directors, manage new product or channel introductions
  • Identify gaps in execution and opportunities for continuous improvement within the Sales cycle or upstream product lifecycle and identify solutions
  • Instill a continuous improvement mindset within the Sales organization to drive continued growth and expansion in all relevant sales activities
  • Build strong cross functional relationships to ensure collaboration across the business and leverage functional group expertise supporting strategic Sales projects
  • Establish and scale a special projects team as the Sales organization continues to grow, increase in operational complexities, and enter new channels

You Have

  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies 
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize various work streams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate the main takeaways to stakeholders from a wide range of functions
  • A continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to eliminate non-value added work
  • Ability to work in a rigorous environment where priorities can change quickly; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to act with limited oversight on day-to-day basis, balancing multiple priorities
  • Capability to seek information, solve conceptual problems, find resources and deliver results in challenging situations
