The Account Manager, Global Enterprise is a key member of our Global Enterprise Sales Team. This person is  responsible for maintaining and incrementally growing our business with Impossible's largest customers. You will act as a “farmer“, responsible for managing and incrementally growing base business for Impossible Foods' largest customers. You will be paired with an Account Executive who will manage growing the business through new product introductions and market expansion. The structure is designed to be a true partnership with the AE spending 75% of their time “hunting'' by launching new business/products within an account (as well as with new customers) and 25% engaging in account management. The AM (this role) will spend 75% of their time managing our largest and most complex customer relationships. This role is a senior level role designed for someone who has demonstrated skillset in account management, cross-functional teamwork, a growth mindset, bias toward action and above all is mission-aligned. This position requires experience managing large complex accounts. This role will report to the Director of Global Enterprise Sales in our US Sales organization.

You Will

  • Be accountable for the health of our largest customers and their franchisee groups to achieve your target sales plan
  • Co-develop the long-term vision and strategy for major account growth with your AE partner
  • Develop and execute an integrated account management strategy focused on company KPIs and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with our largest accounts
  • Work cross-functionally with product, supply chain and others
  • Be responsible to achieve assigned volume and profit goals
  • Build relationships with key decision makers for our customers at headquarters and with franchisees. You will need to be comfortable working with R&D, Culinary, Marketing, Operations, Procurement and individual franchisees for on solving various problems
  • Work with Impossible's Marketing and Culinary teams to develop and execute trends and insight-driven programming to grow sales for your accounts
  • Build, maintain, and share a high level of competitor and segment knowledge in terms of product offerings, pricing, discounts and promotions, volume and trade spend, forecasting, price modeling, P&L understanding, and contract development 
  • Manage specific chain account pricing and rebates through our pricing department
  • Update Salesforce and provide regular reports to senior managers 

You Have

  • 7+ years experience in direct customer facing roles (preferably for a consumer brand)
  • Experience in a fast-paced high-growth growth business
  • Proven track record in maintaining direct client relationships and achieving client retention goals, preferably in foodservice Account Management for top 20 customers
  • A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Food's mission
  • The ability to think creatively and critically, can quickly learn new concepts and seeks to resolve complex problems
  • The ability to be a structured and organized thinker who can drive projects to completion with minimal direction; attention to detail and ability to deep-dive when necessary

  • Ability to travel more than 50% of the time
