What You Will Be Doing:

As Helion’s HRBP, you will partner with our People Operations Manager to support and elevate the employee experience while strengthening our unique culture.

Specific Responsibilities:

Provide thought leadership, collaboration, and solutions that attract a diverse, talented workforce and drive a culture of inclusion,

Create key talent management programs: performance management, leadership development, and professional development,

Resolve employee relations, conduct investigations, and handle the termination process as needed,

Partner with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning,

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment law and liaise with outside legal counsel,

Complete special projects as needed.


Must have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR-related field with a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, or a J.D. and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

Proven ability to influence and create change within various levels of the organization,

Outstanding thought leadership and passion for inclusion and diversity,

Capacity to shift between strategy and practical execution while navigating ambiguity,

Demonstrated success in building or enhancing a collaborative work environment,

Demonstrated leadership and relationship-building skills,

Demonstrated ability to plan and then implement multiple projects simultaneously on various topics within the HR workstreams.

Certification: PHR/SPHR preferred.
