Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage a team of lab technicians and coordinate their tasks and schedules.
• Develop and implement protocols, procedures, and quality assurance measures.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and supplies to maintain smooth laboratory functions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of lab services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of laboratory regulations and compliance standards.
• CA CLS Generalist license
