Description Summary:

The primary role of the Service Sales Analyst is to support commercial quoting activities, development of quoting templates, strategic quoting opportunities, contract legal review support and tracking / closure of those opportunities. This individual will focus on margin improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, maintain, track and expand service quotation opportunities through working with external and internal commercial teams with focus to service business.

Support commercial teams to meet or exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Develop and work with finance on job costings and margin analysis.

Develop and implement quoting strategies for increasing sales and profits.

Understand competition and competitive pricing strategies to develop/maintain closure advantages.

Proof, review and check all quotations, records, documents and customer communications for accuracy.

Develop and implement account strategies for Hydratight to become or continue to be a preferred supplier with each asset owner.

Compile sales numbers, forecasts, and activity reports on a monthly basis and/or as needed.

Provide detail and input on weekly services communications as directed by management.

Develop an understanding of contract language to support Commercial Leader in legal support of contracts.

Work closely with Service Operation Leaders and Strategic Proposal Manager to assure understanding of required support and follow up.

Manage contact input, reports and quoting updates within Quickbase quotation management system.

Creation and support of strategic proposals with targeted customer base.

Ensure all HSEQ rules and regulations are communicated and enforced throughout the Organization. Proactively participate to safety awareness and improvement.

To represent Hydratight in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally. To follow the published processes and comply with all company policies and procedures. Be an ambassador for the businesses in particular ensure that Health & Safety comes first at all times.

Required Capabilities (describe scope of knowledge and ability of the position):

Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred, with previous experience working in administration or estimation for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical/Refining, PowerGen or Contractor industries.

1-2 years of relevant experience in similar role(s) with a proven track record of success.

Strong commercial acumen.

Strong ability to use Computer and Microsoft Office software to generate various reports, design proposals and data management.

Should possess excellent communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and able to pass any required industry background checks to gain access to power generation facilities.

Ability to understand and retain Technical Knowledge of industry applications.

Self-motivated and independent with ability to work effectively in a matrix structure.

Possesses the cultural understanding and sensitivity required to work in a diverse, multi-national business.
