Currently we are hiring for the position of Senior Administrator / Business Analyst.

The Salesforce Business Administrative Manager will partner closely with business users to serve as subject matter expert for understanding how EnerSys uses to do work.

This person will perform configuration and administration of Conduct ongoing business analysis, design and coordinate change management activities as well as provide end user support. Responsible for coordinating enhancements, upgrades, data conversions for multiple business groups with varying needs in a way that serves the overall enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Demonstrate understanding of all aspects of configuration and technical/functional capabilities and their implications.

* Partner directly with the business to ensure deep understanding of business and the business' requirements to execute successfully on projects.

* Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline and optimize the use of

* Provide operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles and data imports. Perform configuration in including creating validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.

* Implement new products, features and packages within Salesforce and communicate updates throughout the company.

* Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system/business application capabilities in order to make recommendations about potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality.

* Proactively educate Super Users to empower them to support their business units.

* Help improve and ensure adoption and adherence to governance framework and usage guidelines; Drive adoption through follow up trainings and sustained engagement

* Develop and deliver training as part of new roll out projects and enhancements on an ongoing basis

Required Skills

* Requires Certified Administrator (ADM 201) plus either Salesforce Certified Advanced Admin (ADM 301) or Salesforce Certified Developer (ADM 401);

* 2+ years of SF experience in an enterprise environment with multiple business units

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related discipline

* Familiarity with relational databases and related concepts

* Excellent oral and written communication, training, presentation, and organizational skills

* Self-motivated and managed, exceptional follow-through

* Ability to independently prioritize and complete tasks in a structured manner

* Strong ability to interface and cultivate good working relationships across departments

* Strong problem solving and analysis skills

* Ability to work and deliver under tight deadlines

* Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, UI design, and app rollout


* Experience with change management and business transformation

* Excel proficiency

* Experience with manufacturing industry

* Familiarity with ERP and back office systems
