Audio Visual Assistant - Temporary

The Creative Services Temporary Audio/Visual Assistant would assist the Media Services group by providing department reception when needed and assisting with clerical tasks such as answering phones, signage, typing, and data entry including approving and adjusting e-applications with the online room reservation system. The Audio/Visual Assistant will assist with the delivery of a/v equipment, basic set-up and operation of audio-visual equipment, including equipment to photograph, video-record and/or edit clinical procedures, creative productions, events, lectures, and other programs. He/she will also learn basic Cool Signs digital software skills and assist, when available, with the digital media software system.



Qualifications

Photography experience a plus. High School Diploma or GED (Required). Basic knowledge of electronics and a/v equipment, Excellent communications skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, general clerical skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Power Point, Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
