Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The Senior Personalization & Testing Analyst is responsible for improving the user experience through Personalization, A/B & Multivariate testing and informing experimentation strategy across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple stakeholders to define business goals and utilizing a variety of technical and statistical methods to develop and execute a digital testing plan, and manage the personalization program across the digital platforms. This role will be pivotal in helping lead the personalization strategy for Dignity Health, and will work in partnership with senior leadership to drive an intensely, positive personalized experience for consumers and patients as they interact with Dignity Health's digital health experiences.

Core Duties:

* Guide the digital testing and optimization program through the full lifecycle from gathering requirements and understanding business needs, to research, planning, execution, analysis and rollout. Relevant experience using Sitecore and Oracle Maxyimizer preferred

* Manage the personalization program from gathering use cases; translating them into a plan, configuration in the personalization engine and measuring results to optimize the consumer experience.

* Cross collaborate with the CRM team to design the suggestion algorithms being used to power marketing and personalization on Dignity Health digital experiences. Experience with MSFT Dynamics and Sitecore preferred.

* Partner with key stakeholders to identify clear experiment objectives, design test plans, maintain the campaign calendar, perform experiment analyses and report outcomes with a bias towards action

* Translate customer needs into actionable recommendations based on experimental findings and other relevant analyses

* Collaborate with key departments including Marketing, Brand, Operations, Product Management and Development to implement experiments across the Dignity Health Digital Experiences

* Use quantitative and qualitative analytics tools (e.g., web, optimization and voice of the customer analytics) to identify content optimization opportunities

* Have a broad knowledge of data science, data storage and tools for processing and accessing data

* Common understanding of data architecture and upcoming technologies where data will need to integrated into data warehouse

* Have worked in a matrixed organization with a proven track record of collaborating with product managers, analysts & UX/UI designers to collect complex business requirements

* Drive improvements by staying current on the latest trends in online experimentation and targeting strategies

* Assist in defining best practices, optimal processes and effective communication protocols

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, business or equivalent training and/or experience

* Understanding of the statistics that drive split testing, multivariate optimization, and segmentation targeting

* Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong organization and time management skills

* Demonstrated project management, negotiation and facilitation skills

* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey results to non-experts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Masters degree in Statistics or Data Science preferred

* Health Care industry experience preferred

* Proficiency in SQL, Excel required; experience with statistical analysis packages such as R preferred

* Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources is a plus

* Familiarity with at least one enterprise-level optimization or Analytics platform (Sitecore, Adobe Test and Target, Maxymiser, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.). Server-side and app testing experience is a plus

* Demonstrated familiarity with a CRM platform, MSFT Dynamics preferred
