Call Center Service Representative

Job Duties:

  • Taking inbound and outbound calls from people who are looking to sell their vehicles, many of the salvaged or non operational
  • Given leads from their providers who are car quote companies who find the people who want to sell their car
  • Use the 5nine phone system
  • Multitasking
  • Comfortable taking around 150 calls/day - experience with high call volume
  • Open availability on weekends - there is a weekend shift, so being open to working Saturday-Wednesday is a plus
