Our client is the premier provider of marketing intelligence for the industrial construction market in the United States and Canada. Our client is an industrial construction market research firm and is headquartered in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. We issue business opportunities daily with a description of planned projects including schedule and budget information and the correct person or persons to contact.
In an office setting, you will conduct investigative market research via outbound calls and emails. You will gather and verify information, and complete quality control activities. Candidates who have experience in sales, collections, investigations, or the industrial sectors (and are interested in an office job), are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Computer Skills: One or more years experience with technology including computer systems is required. Prior work experience in database entry work is preferred.
- Other Requirements: One or more years experience using the phone as a business tool required, preferably completing outbound phone calls.
- Comfortable with Apple products and MAC software - needs to know copy and pasting.
