Position Information

The First Cook is responsible for preparation of all food for patients and cafeteria through direct production duties and directing other cooks in absence of Lead Cook. The First Cook also provides ongoing assistance to department management in achieving objectives through adherence to dietary restrictions, and guidelines in food preparation.

Experience Requirements:

4 Years Food Preparation Required

Education Required:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Culinary Arts Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 12:30pm-9pm; 4pm-12:30am

Weekend Requirements: Every Other
