Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Requires good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, basic math, organizational, reading comprehension, interpretation, and negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills. Occasional overnight travel (1-3 times per year) to participate in customer meetings may be necessary. Requires basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services. Must have ability to balance working independently with working in a team environment to meet customer needs and achieve overall business goals. Must possess a basic understanding of accounting and recordkeeping systems and PC applications.
