Sales Representative

The main objective as our new Sales Representative will be to professionally manage a specified client from our portfolio and deliver options and opportunities for potential new customers and enlighten potential new leads with all of the client’s promotional services and product offerings. The Sales Representative will also work to obtain goals and targets, which have been set based on the client one is working with. The Sales Representative will start by learning basic sales tactics, fundamentals of the company, and one specific client with the help of a more seasoned sales representative in our office.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of new sales tactics for the office as a whole and methods tailored for the client you have been appointed to work with
  • Research specific markets and territories to verify any market or sales trends within the region
  • Generate new business originating from a referral base of existing customers
  • Maintain timely records of all sales daily, weekly, and monthly for yourself and other team members and submit to sales manager
  • The ability to travel locally to meet with prospective clients as well as the opportunity to travel nationally for networking conference and new client launches

Required Skills and Attributions:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with management and other sales representatives
  • Great interpersonal skills and social competency will allow you to thrive in this role
  • Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships as well as team member relationships
  • Previous sales or customer service experience will allow one to excel faster within this role, however, not required since thorough training is provided

Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 a year
