14 Hands has an immediate opening for a seasonal part-time hourly, Guest Services Representative in Prosser, WA. 14 Hands wines are inspired by the unbridled spirit of the wild horses that once freely roamed eastern Washington. If you are ready to be our brand ambassador and provide our guests with remarkable wine experiences, we're looking for you!

* Work in the tasting room, assisting customers, ringing purchases, stocking, cleaning, inventory, etc.

* Conduct tastings and events for guests of the winery.

* Set up, take down and service of wine and food at events.

* Promote events at the winery and wine club.

* Provide winery information and assistance in person and over the telephone.

Any other tasks assigned.

Tasting room setting

* Ability to lift and carry up to 35-50 pounds.

* Stand for extended periods of time.

* This is a physically demanding job, which requires lifting, pushing/pulling, climbing, stooping/bending, twisting/turning, reaching, and repetitive motions.

* Working outdoors in inclement weather.

Requirements•Must be at least 21 years of age.

* 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience required.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Ability to work successfully as part of a team.

* The ability to speak comfortably and audibly in front of groups of people.

* Interest /knowledge of wine industry.

* Must have basic typing and computer skills.

* Available for weekends, required events. Additional weekday availability preferred.

* High School diploma or equivalent required.

* Must be able to work weekends, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

* Must have or obtain valid Food Handler and Class 12 Permits before first day of work.

* History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
