Job Summary

The Practice Operations Lead supports the vision of the Total Healing Environment and the values of respect, integrity, accountability, commitment and quality by providing leadership support to the Practice Manager and staff, ensuring smooth and quality operation of the practice.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* High school graduate or GED

* Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously, maximizing productivity and effectiveness

* Ability to adapt to change of duties quickly and smoothly

* Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Windows

* Basic proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Supervisory or lead experience

* Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred; Cerner strongly preferred

* Must pass pre-employment screening
