Sales Coordinator

Forterra, Inc. Prentiss, MS
Essential functions include:

* Initiate bid searches for prospective jobs

* Download and print plans for quote requests

* Compile project information for bid creation

* Enter project information into bid calendar

* Manage bid calendar data

* Work with estimators/sales to ensure timely completion of bids

* Distribute completed quotes to customers and sales reps

* Update bid results and discounting

* Compile bid information for accurate reporting

* Assist Inside Sales Rep with overflow of sales calls/walk-ins

Qualified candidates should possess the following:

* High School Diploma or GED required.

* Bachelor's degree preferred.

* Ability to type 40–50 WPM.

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database systems. Oracle experience is a plus.

* Strong written and verbal communications skills.

* Superior organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.

* Ability to present oneself and communicate both orally and in writing in a professional, positive, and courteous manner at all times with customers and all levels of employees.

* Self-directed and motivated to continually evaluate and improve processes and procedures.

* Ability to demonstrate patterns of positive attitude, strong work ethic and dedication.
