Key responsibilities - Coordinate internal and external meetings - Schedule appointments and consultations - Vendor coordination - Answer telephone calls - Back various projects for other employees - Organize word processors, files, and faxes - Greet and guide visitors
- Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks - Prior assistant experience highly desired - Practical knowledge of data entry - Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph experience - Prior experience with order entry - Deep understanding of account management - Previous experience working with faxing - Earlier work involving documentation - Command of planning - Comprehension of Microsoft Excel - Good understanding of email - Hands-on experience with ordering office supplies and equipment - General familiarity with copying - Adeptness in navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Scheduling experience desired - Background working with customer service - Expertise in calendar managements and scheduling appointments - Scanning experience preferred - Experience with Microsoft Word - Demonstrated knowledge of meeting coordination and planning - Numeric data entry experience highly preferred - Coordination experience desired - Filing experience highly valued - Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred If you are a self-starter who is passionate about supporting a dynamic and growing company and looking to thrive in a creative environment, we would love to hear from you!
