Delivers First Commonwealth Bank (FCB)'s products and services by means of outbound customer contact and conversations as well as supporting the online channel: processes all online applications submitted through Opening Act as well as ensuring adherence to compliance rules, and completion of accurate ID verification, Account upload to core, funding, debit card ordering, maintenance, account documentation, etc.; supports customers as needed throughout the application process; participates in the development and testing of enhancements to the online delivery channel; identifies additional cross-sell opportunities throughout the Financial Confidence conversation during telephone discussions with online applicants. Cultivates existing client relationships for additional revenue generating sales as well as developing new relationships from potential clients. Seeks out new opportunities for prospects and for our existing customers by selling, referring, and recommending products and/or services in efforts to expand and grow new relationships. Completes required operational responsibilities for the Alternative Delivery branches: daily review and completion of branch operational dashboard including but not limited to cash items, deposits OD report, Operational losses and charge offs, Reg D monitoring and missing Signature card review; serves as point of contact in relation to security and fraud, compliance, deposit services, branch offices and deposit and digital banking product management.

Essential Job Responsibilities__________________________________________

1.Delivers First Commonwealth Bank (FCB)'s products and services by means of outbound customer contact and conversations as well as supporting the online channel:

a.Processes all online applications submitted through Opening Act as well as ensuring adherence to compliance rules, and completion of accurate ID verification, Account upload to core, funding, debit card ordering, maintenance, account documentation, etc.

b.Supports customers as needed throughout the application process.

c.Participates in the development and testing of enhancements to the online delivery channel.

d.Identifies additional cross-sell opportunities throughout the Financial Confidence conversation during telephone discussions with online applicants.

e.Partners with appropriate departments to resolve any processing issues and to ensure funding

f.Confers with Fraud department on suspicious activities and takes action as needed.

2.Cultivates existing client relationships for additional revenue generating sales as well as developing new relationships from potential clients.

a.Seeks out new opportunities for prospects and for our existing customers by selling, referring, and recommending products and/or services in efforts to expand and grow new relationships.

b.Delivers prepared sales call scripts that are focused on key growth opportunities for the bank. Describes/sells products and services that best meet the needs of the customers and prospects.

c.Identifies customer and prospect needs by engaging in deep conversations to identify and recommend effective solutions. Applies FCB's sales process to overcome customer/prospect objections.

d.Processes documentation for customers, takes loan applications, performs account openings, upgrades or changes existing accounts, completes necessary account maintenance as needed, reviews materials, and utilizes CRM system for call tracking, pipeline management and customer relationship management activities.

e.Refers customers to appropriate partners as necessary.

3.Completes required operational responsibilities for the Alternative Delivery branches:

4.Works to ensure an effective backup and procedures for everyday responsibilities of the position are established and maintained

5.Maintains thorough knowledge of all FCB and competitor product and service offerings.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications___________________________

1.High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years sales experience are required.

2.Exceptional customer services skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a professional manner are required.

3.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.

4.Proficient computer skills and ability to learn company utilized systems are required.

5.Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, with possible shift changes, is required.

6. Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).

7.Travel and a valid driver's license required.
