Description:The Business Development Leader is responsible for management and support of all processes and procedures supporting sales operations, administrative and training activities that occur within the sales region. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESSpecific administrative responsibilities associated with the operation of the submarket including but not limited to DSDE, Sales Professional Training, SBT Education, Product Accountability, Real Estate, and Bakery Outlet Operations.Collaborates and supports the Director of Sales in the training and development to support sale processes.Support all level’s of the Sales Hierarchy; DOS, RSL, OSL, MSL and Sales Professionals.Develops strategy for achieving the Sales Plan including in depth sales analysis. Develops strategies for Market expansion, route operations and Real Estate needs.Supports the MSL, OSL, and RSL’s efforts in the overall management of product distribution including route splits.Coordinate and support Sales Projects through the CFAR Process.
