Summary: Responsible for supporting security & ATM technicians and management, as well as external banking customers, by performing the following administrative and general accounting duties:

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review and verify hours and on calls on technicians' weekly timecards.
  • Meet bi-weekly payroll deadlines by verifying timesheet hours from assigned center.
  • Invoice all service tickets weekly as timesheets are reviewed and approved.
  • Review open service call reports weekly and oversee the invoicing of all completed service calls through communication with technician, service dispatch and service manager.
  • Support and obtain information over the phone for technicians.
  • Add job expenses in operating system from expense reports.
  • Submerge into the Cook Security Group culture, which is “taking care of the customer“ and “We Make It Happen“ motto.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
