Position Summary

Make 50 or more discovery calls per day to potential clients in order to asses need, discover pain, and transition to Sr. Inside Sales representatives.

Clearly communicate and demonstrate value proposition based on client needs. Consultative selling skills are a plus.

History of quota and / or KPI attainment.

Strong Team Player. Work within a team environment and call upon resources when needed, ultimately ensuring customer success.

Necessary Skills/Experience

3+ years of Business to Business sales experience

Have a high technical aptitude and ability to demonstrate software

Experience in the A/E space a plus

Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, ACT etc.)

Literacy with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Must display a willingness to learn, attention to detail and determination to succeed

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are a must

Ability and desire to succeed in a competitive environment

Education

Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
