You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Littoral and Strike Warfare Department, Business Operations Office of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER -Port Hueneme Division (NSWCPHD).

Responsibilities

* You will provide management with the development, analysis, and review of organizational plans (functional statements, staffing plans, out year requirements, organizational charts, etc.).

* You will provide analysis, evaluation, and projection of organizational administrative and financial requirements necessary for budgeting and executing the overhead support required for a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF).

* You will oversee administrative functions such as program analysis, timekeeping approval, procurement, travel approvals, office/personnel/facilities move requests, and administrative support for senor leaders and several Divisions/Branches.

* You will manage Command applications that pertain to the Administrative areas such as Defense Travel System (DTS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), etc.

* You will coordinate hiring requirements and packages with management and the Human Resources Office ensuring completeness of all required documentation.

* You will conduct comprehensive assessment of command/department operational criteria, including Business and Technical Capability Health Assessment (TCHA) competencies to ensure department health and compliance.

* You wil advise on the distribution of work among positions and organizations and the appropriate staffing levels and skills mix.

* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

* You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing management of administrative and operational functions in the execution of business operations.
