CJSeto Support Services, LLC, (CJSeto) is seeking a General Clerk for a contingent contract at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division

 

We need a highly organized, motivated professional to join our growing team. Our customers rely on us to keep their data and files accessible and organized, so we’ll rely on you to provide us with the information they need.

 

Clerk responsibilities
  • Create and add material to hard copy files as needed for record keeping

  • Update database of digital records for redundancy

  • Find and correct mail address errors

  • Conduct routine verification to ensure integrity of filing system

  • Make travel arrangements and confirm appointments as needed

  • Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate place

  • Answer phones when needed and direct calls

 

Clerk qualifications and skills
  • High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)

  • 3+ years’ customer service experience

  • 2+ years’ clerk experience

  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-mail a must

  • Excellent communication skills
