Change Management Coordination

Job Responsibilities

Your specific duties as a Change Management Coordination will include:

* Support migration from DOORS to DOORS Next Gen

* Baseline every release

* Synchronize requirements every release between projects

* Create/maintain mapping of work item attributes for all types between project

* Create linkage via related artifacts for between projects

* Migration of relevant documentation between project work items

* Maintain list of all users with access to projects and level of permissions

* On-board users

* Verify appropriate role/permissions level for access

* Submit IT requests for VPN, ECS Rational Suite Access w/ attachments

* Add users to project after IT request completed

* Email new users instructions on how to install VPN, check RTC access/permissions

* Develop and maintain queries/dashboards/plans/reports for every release

* Process documentation/training

* Point of contact w/ IT for server issues

* Point of contact for access/anomalies with project users

* Develop documentation and roll-out source control of project documents using IBM RTC Source Control

* Develop issue work item usage/enhancements to facilitate Issue resolution tracking/agenda

* Develop reports for traceability between source control changes and work items

* Develop reports/queries/scripts to prepare Vetting Team meeting, Change Review meeting, Technical Review Meeting agendas

* Enhance of work flow in project template for the following capabilities:

* Coordinate migration of controls, library, Tools, MIL, HIL content between projects

* Develop methods to baseline projects for integration into different projects

* Change Management

* Tool Suite – RTC, and DOORs next generation software's

* Position consists of 40 engineers working through a co-development with Honda

* Preparing reports that show which party needs to look at the change requests, populating fields, and scripting work

* Building macros to simplify processing

* Run Quarries to develop views of data

* Preset statistics to leadership teams to influence decision making

* Overseeing the process with the engineers. If they have a change request it would be entered in a standardized form. This person would evaluate all entered decisions and then classify them in a decision board to decide if we should do the work, who is assigned to the work, and then run reports on the status activity

Job Requirements

As a Change Management Coordination you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Database experience

* RTC or IBM tool experience (clear case, RTC, and DOORs next generation)

* Automotive change software

* Minimum of 2 years of experience required

* Associate's degree

* Database usage experience
