We are seeking a full-time RV Shipping Supervisor to join our Pompano Beach, FL team. Shipping Supervisor will report to the Director of RV Sales to coordinate the RV Warehouse functions.

RV Shipping supervisor Responsibilities include but not limited to:

* Manage proper staffing to pick, pack and ship products in a productive and cost-efficient manner.

* Leading and directing the work of RV Shipping Lead employees, i.e.: training, performance, quality and safety.

* Work with Regional RV Director of Sales and Human Resources regarding escalated performance issues and terminations, to include merit and performance appraisals.

* Ensure orders are processed in a timely manner to maximize customer service.

* Implement and Uphold the Quality Policy Guidelines by ensuring that packages have accurate invoices and labels, are sorted with designated routes throughout the day, and customer issues are resolved in a timely manner.

* Manage daily reporting of manual zeros and searching manual zero items to ensure appropriate quality assurance adjustments are implemented.

* Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the department and the company.

* Work with Regional RV Director of Sales and Branch Distribution Manager to ensure Safety Program initiatives are enforced, providing a clean workplace for employees, while remaining in compliance with OSHA, state and local requirements, as applicable.

* Develops a team work environment; Builds departmental standards for performance.

* Establishes and maintains procedures for determining and meeting company and customer delivery commitments.

* Assist management in establishing budgets as needed, and adheres to budget requirements.

* Support and participate in the organizations Continuous Improvement Program.

* Interfaces with customers, RV Sales Force and other departments to resolve problems with timely delivery.

* Monitors and tracks shipping vendor performance and ensures that daily goals are met and sustained daily/weekly/monthly.

* Perform other related duties as assigned by the Regional RV Sales Director.

Experience Requirements:

* Full understanding of UPS, FedEx, Westbrook, LTL and Agile shipping.

* Working knowledge of the activities, methods, procedures, and policies of the Department. Thorough knowledge of effective shipping/receiving procedures

* Ability to multi-task, and oversee multiple priorities effectively.

* Strong Customer Service experience with good verbal and written communication skills, across all levels of the organization.

* Mediation and conflict resolution experience with ability to handle associated documentation as applicable.

* Great attention to detail

* Strong and demonstrated leadership skills

* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

* Must be safety and security conscious at all times.

Education Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* 5 – 7 years of shipping/receiving experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience, which provides the required knowledge; skill and abilities.

* Forklift experience/certification preferred or ability to be certified required.

* Flexible schedule as required to fulfill business needs and meet deadlines.
