* Position summary: Collect information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Research, plan, construct, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and/or upgrade application systems. Research, plan, construct, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and upgrade hardware and/or software interfaces with the application system. Research, plan, construct, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain and/or upgrade application reports and databases. Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs. Research and recommend hardware and software development, purchase, and use. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration. Select among authorized procedures and seek assistance when guidelines are inadequate, significant deviations are proposed, or when unanticipated problems arise. Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the network. Document system problems and resolutions for future reference. Rotate as the after hours, on call support analyst, for all applications. May perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications [Required] High school diploma or equivalent. CERTIFICATION: MCSE, MCSD, PMP, CCNA. Two years equivalent work experience, knowledge of Computer Software, Hardware, Networking, implementation practices and methodology. Troubleshooting/problem solving skills and experience; customer service skills and experience.

[Preferred Qualifications] Associates Degree in CS/MIS/Computer Engineering or related field; Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field a plus.
