- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM
- Pay Rate: $14.00-$15.00 an hour based on experience

Job Responsibilities & Description:
- Answering office phones, transferring calls as well as taking messages.
- Ordering office supplies for the departments and ensuring kitchen is stocked with supplies.
- Sorting office mail and handing it to appropriate personnel.
- Assisting the departments by printing documents, preparing document packages.
- Previous corporate experience required - At least 1 year.
- College degree required. Bachelor's preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft office
