  • Meet or exceed agreed-upon performance and quality standards and/or goals
  • Serve as the primary contact between the business unit and its complex, high revenue-generating customers for onboarding, training, and IT troubleshooting needs
  • Administer client training support though phone calls, web-based demonstrations, documentation, tutorials, or on-site presentations for both new and existing clients
  • Advocate on behalf of the client regarding internal processes and future development
  • Facilitate solutions and communications with sales, implementation, and account management as necessary
  • Build trust, confidence, and goodwill with key customers by understanding their needs and articulating the organization’s ability to meet the clients’ needs with FGMC’s products and services
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and communicate customer support cases
  • Execute on projects and other activities as assigned to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service
  • Plan, develop, and manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously
  • Maintain a thorough understand of technology, specifically web-based operations platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent education and work experience)
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales and/or customer support role for web-based business or software application provider
