This individual will work with a team of service providers and BMS resources and assume responsibility for the delivery (BUILD) and ongoing support (RUN) of projects that require data integration. This integration is across internally hosted applications, SaaS applications, and external partners, often having significantly complex integration points.

Specific responsibilities of this role include:

* Manages the implementation and consistent delivery of project work according to timelines and budgets.

* Collaborates with clients, developers and vendors to determine requirements.

* Creates and manages project budget vs. actual expenditures (capital and expense).

* Accountable for the deliverables of Data Integration service providers.

* Develops critical path analysis for project implementation.

* Manages project issues and risks through standard issue/risk management process.

* Provides proactive and appropriate communication (written and verbally) to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Ensures compliance with required policies and governances.

* Prioritizes projects and delegates support appropriately.

* Partners and facilitates meetings with architects and technical teams as needed

* Drives project deliverables, working with the Project Manager from the project to align on dates

* Understands the BMS's portfolio of technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems

* Awareness of technology roadmaps and role of the Enterprise Architecture Board

* Provides guidance on existing standards, tools, and processes

* Disseminates knowledge about our capabilities and services that engenders trust in the project team and our clients


* 10+ years of information technology experience in implementation and support of enterprise systems

* Working experience with Data Integration projects leveraging ESB, ETL and Messaging platforms

* Working experience with Cloud Services Platforms

* Proven experience managing application development projects; strong working knowledge of common SDLC models

* 5+ years of project management/oversight experience

* 5+ years of experience leading a small to medium size team (10-25 people)

* Experience working with onshore and offshore service providers

* Excellent customer interaction and communication skills, including interaction with non-technical audiences

* Understanding of AWS capabilities required, AWS certification is a plus

* Working understanding of other data integration platforms required (Software AG webMethods, Seeberger Managed File Transfer, Informatica PowerCenter, ActiveMQ)
