Responsibilities

The GenSight System Administrator position will be accountable for the administration and maintenance of the GenSight System. The GenSight System supports R&D Portfolio Management, Time Tracking, Project Management and Resource Management across Integra. The GenSight System Administrator position will be responsible for partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that system data is accurate and up-to-date. Further, this individual will support R&D Portfolio Management / Resource Management Analytics & Reporting.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

* Perform GenSight System Administration / Maintenance (i.e. Adding, removing and training users, Password resets, etc.) and system upgrades based on user feedback and changes to organizational structure and requirements

* Troubleshoot user issues and coordinate escalating more technical matters with GenSight

* Partner with Resource Managers to update and maintain resource supply by specific role in the system

* Partner with Global Franchise Leaders and FP&A to ensure Financial Models / Risk & Value Assessments are accurate and up-to date

* Partner with R&D PMs to ensure Project Information is accurate and up-to date

* Support Analytics & Report Generation for Quarterly R&D Portfolio Review & Prioritization Meetings

* Publish Quarterly Time Tracking Reports & Portfolio Management Reports

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position:

* Demonstrates an ability to execute with a sense of urgency as needed

* Communication skills – Reads, writes and speaks fluent English, using appropriate grammar, style and vocabulary with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of staff in the organizational structure

* Organizational ability – Demonstrates a systematic approach in carrying out assignments. Is very orderly and excels at creating simple, efficient processes. Motivated to work in a fast-paced, action oriented environment

* Problem solving skills – Demonstrates a strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Translates problems into practical solutions

Additional Details:

* BS degree in IS, Engineering, Accounting, or Finance.

* 1-2 years of experience in a system administrator role or strong system background.

* Experience with GenSight and/or other Portfolio/ Resource Management Systems a plus.

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Background in finance and/or accounting a plus.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

* Ability to work with others and is customer oriented.
