ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinates various sales and customer service tasks and activities with the account management team to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

* Facilities order entry and tracking, provides assigned account reports, responds to customer inquiries regarding order and inventory status.

* Works with functional groups: IS, Finance, Operations and Engineering to assist with assigned programs and tasks.

* Supports the Program Manager with system set ups, product launches, special projects and SSRs (special service requests), purchase order entry, and return authorizations.

* Skills: interpersonal, communication, logical reasoning, problem solving, organization, ability to work with limited supervision.

* Experience: Professional communication with customers: written and verbal. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

* Ability to handle confidential information.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Primary Focus - Excel)

* Experience with Order Management Systems.

* Effective prioritization and time management skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

* Strong initiative to strive for continuous accuracy, quality, and timeliness of information.

* Ability to build and maintain effective relationships through strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on relationship-building and consistent demonstration of solid professional judgment.
