The Senior Marketing Content Specialist will be part of a networked global marketing team that supports business development, brand building, and industry conversation. The ideal candidate will be technically fluent and creative, with exceptional storytelling skills.



What You'll Do

  • There is no shortage of amazing stories to tell at EPAM – you are passionate about writing and storytelling
  • Content lives in many formats – you find the best ways to leverage different channels to draw people into our content strategy
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization by co-creating dynamic content
  • Work with the global marketing team to analyze content performance metrics and make recommendations on the content, design or features to improve effectiveness of content
  • 70% of your time will focus on editing or writing content, 30% of your time will be spent collaborating with subject matter experts and team members

What You Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or English preferred
  • 4-8 years experience researching and writing marketing collateral, website copy, thought leadership and social media posts
  • Experience with creating content for B2B audiences
  • Strong preference given to candidates with vertical or technology expertise
  • Ability to establish trust-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate exceptionally through words, pictures and stories
  • Driven; thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Comfortable learning about new technologies, innovation
  • Displays high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to embrace and manage ambiguity
