We currently have a short term temporary opening for an intelligent, highly-skilled Receptionist in a growing company. This established and recognized company offers a hands-on work environment with fulfilling challenges and is based in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. Are you a hard worker who can tackle multiple projects at the same time while keeping a smile? Then this Receptionist position is the role for you. This is a part time role, from 10a - 2p Monday through Friday. It is a temporary role which would last until about mid to late September of 2018. Major responsibilities - Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks - Look after various office files and provide general office filing support - Look after various office files and provide general office filing support - Order office and kitchen supplies - Create a welcoming environment for visitors - Handle and route all incoming phone calls - Wield strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency - Structure, filter, and hand out incoming mail according to specified procedures
- Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols - Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - 1+ years of related experience - Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - 1 or more years of experience handling multi-line phone systems - Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement This position is available only through OfficeTeam.
