Campus Recruitment Manager

Reporting to the Global Head of Campus Strategy and Pipeline Development, the Campus Recruitment manager will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of recruiting BNY Mellon's early career high potential talent to build our pipeline of future leaders. Recruitment scope includes entry-level global talent programs including the Summer Analyst Program, Emerging Leaders Program, Technology Leaders Program, Returning Military Program and Undergraduate Placement Program. Key responsibilities include:

Create / refine, and implement recruiting strategy for high potential, diverse early career talent. Manage systems and processes to ensure a compliant, efficient, and effective candidate life cycle, from cultivation to onboarding. Build and maintain effective relationships across internal stakeholders, external partners, university partners, hiring managers and candidates. Communicate with senior business leaders and external stakeholders about the recruitment strategy and processes. Partner with colleagues across HR to ensure campus strategy is aligned with broader talent acquisition and talent management strategy. Represent the function externally at conferences, on panels, etc.

Analyze and drive effective short and long-term outcomes through data gathering, reporting, benchmarking, competitive analysis and measurement. Manage risk through collaboration with legal and internal controls. Partner with Marketing to develop effective employer brand and marketing strategies across social media, on-campus, and other marketing channels. Manage an experienced, global recruiting team, with accountability for and coaching toward their respective responsibilities, projects and initiatives. Effectively organize the team to optimize support across regions and businesses. Collaborate with colleagues across the function to perform other duties as assigned, in support of campus and pipeline program objectives.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required with 12+ years of progressive related experience with demonstrated knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR; minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience. Must have business knowledge consistent with being able to administer actions on behalf of the assigned business or business partner group. Must maintain knowledge of competitors (may have high regional focus) and implications for business. Must be able to identify people implications of function actions. Knowledge, communication, business and change management skills of a high level are required. An advanced degree or certification with the certification consistent with local practice such as SPHR in the US is preferred. Highly Desired Qualifications: Understanding and/or background in financial services, recruiting (lateral or campus), employer branding, talent management and demonstrated/proven client focus. Strong project management and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task and execute in a dynamic and matrixed environment.
