You would be responsible for handling incoming calls and directing to appropriate parties, resolving customer issues, processing payments, and providing information regarding customer inquiries. Your Job Duties will include the following:

• Identify customer needs and resolve issues promptly
• Handle a high volume of incoming calls in a fast-paced contact center

• Troubleshoot problems within multiple internal systems

Qualifications for a Call Center Representative:

• 1 year of call center experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi task
