Houseperson for Conference Set up is responsible for Meeting & Banquet Set-Up at Callaway Resort & Gardens.Set-Up all Meeting & Banquet Functions and any other Jobs as directed by the Conference Set-Up Manager. set meeting rooms with water, pads, & pencils.Must assist Guests as needed.Report Maintenance repairs to supervisor.Pick up daily sheets, check the daily clipboard and preview the day's activities and prioritize the work by the time. Note all special arrangements and requests.Check the next day's events and determine the AM setup. Setup all rooms completely( no partial sets) prior to leaving.
