Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Location:

* Planning core application(s) test tasks for analysts to plan/execute test cases

* Regression test planning (test suites) for Analysts and technicians to execute

* Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project scope or iteration for analysts and technicians to follow

* Conduct historical analyses of test results

* Assign out end user testing of all software developed prior to production

* Assist field customer support by reproducing failures and creating new bugs for the development team

* Working with other Sr. Analysts to pick up non-core applications tasks (pool workload) and assign accordingly

* Providing weekly status reports to the QA Supervisor

* Monitoring analysts and technicians performance and identity areas for improvement

* Creating training documents, test case requirement documents

* Train analysts and technicians for the assigned applications

* Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality

* Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions

* Identify program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance

* Participate in product design review to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems

* Creating or maintain database of known test defects

* Develop or specify standards, methods or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2-4 years of job related QA experience.

* Must possess a strong interest in technology and its advancement.

* Must be an effective and tactful communicator; verbal, written and interpersonal.

* Must possess a high level of customer service. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

* Must have the ability to work independently or in a team and interact successfully with project staff.

* Must be very proficient with the use of Personal Computers, Laptops, Tablet Computers and Smart Phones.

Education/Training:

* Bachelor degree in computer science, IT mathematics, engineering or the equivalent in experience.
