Part-Time Client Service Rep

Description

Essential Functions:

* Process and activate online client applications following established procedures to allow website access. 40%

* Resolve a variety of client issues through assessment, troubleshooting, resolution and follow up in a timely

* and professional manner via phone and email. 20%

* Maintain/update accounts by accurately detailing each client interaction within the CRM. 15%

* Provide education to clients for optimal website use. 10%

* Organize work effectively, prioritize objectives, and exercise judgment based on an understanding of

* organizational policies and activities. 10%

* Other duties as assigned. 5%

Non-Essential Functions:

Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Requirements

* Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Experience: 2-4 yrs Details: 2+ years customer service experience

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Computer literate

* Self-motivated

* Detail-oriented

* Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
