Waldorf Astoria is looking for a talented Food & Beverage Manager to oversee newly reimagined Wright Bar and the brand new Spire Bar at the historic, Arizona Biltmore!

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property has 738 rooms, over 200,000 square feet of meeting space and 6 food and beverage outlets.

Fresh off of a much anticipated multi-million dollar renovation, the Arizona Biltmore is adding a Food & Beverage Manager to their current team of food and beverage professionals. This position will report directly into a Senior Food & Beverage Manager and help oversee a team of up to 40+ between the two bars. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high volume setting with a solid background in beverages. Luxury experience is preferred!

What will I be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
  • Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
  • Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
  • Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
